I am a PhD candidate at CREST/Ecole Polytechnique under the supervision of Alessandro Riboni since October 2022. I am also a teaching fellow at Sciences Po since September 2026.

My research focuses on the economic and political design of geoeconomic tools. I combine data collection, empirical estimation, and applied theory to study the threat and enforcement of economic sanctions targeting specific firms. My current work estimates structural gravity equations on granular data to measure how sanctions reshape trade flows and simulates a quantitative model to study their incidence.

In Spring 2025, I visited UC Berkeley, hosted by Cecile Gaubert. In February 2024, I visited Drexel University, hosted by Yoto Yotov.
